Championship (professional wrestling) - In professional wrestling kayfabe, a championship or title is a recognition of a wrestler being the best in his or her promotion, or for lesser championships (such as the WWE Cruiserweight Championship), his or her division. A wrestler can earn a championship by defeating the current champion in a match (by far the most common) or in other ways determined by the promotion, such as winning a tournament for a vacant championship.

Professional wrestling tournament - On various occasions in professional wrestling a single-elimination tournament of varying match types are held, often to determine a championship or number-one contendership therein. It has been known for promotions to use title tournament that are ficticious in nature (that is, the title may have been simply awarded under the pretext of winning a tournament elsewhere) - notable ones include the tournaments that established the WWE Championship and the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Cruiserweight (professional wrestling) - In professional wrestling, a cruiserweight is a wrestler weighing below 220 lb (100 kg), with no lower weight limit. The term was popularised in World Championship Wrestling, when WCW President Eric Bischoff in 1997 reestablished the light-heavyweight division as the cruiserweight division and reactivated the WCW Light Heavyweight Championship as the WCW Cruiserweight Championship.
